Rae Kitano, an LGBT writer and is a personal friend of mine. Her website is called Moralfortitude.com An LGBT website. The site was conceived with the idea of providing an opportunity for writers of LGBT fiction to be able to self publish and manage their own sales. Moral Fortitude provides a platform for writers of LGBT stories to self publish to sell and distribute their eBooks. Moral Fortitude hopes to promote all writers of LGBT fiction regardless gender or sexuality.
Personally, I congratulate her with her success towards her contributions to the LGBT community. Two of my stories are available on her website for free. "Risk" and "Outside of Picture Perfect."
They are both in PDF format only.
I am working further to find a resolve to also make them available in epub format. I'll update when I have solved this problem. Meanwhile, Moral Fortitude offers authors to contribute stories to it's anthologies. In doing so, I have contributed two stories of my own since. Read on to find out more.
If your interested in taking a look at her website, you can find Rae and her website here: http://www.moralfortitude.com/
I've also had the pleasure of being interviewed by Moral Fortitude.
My very first published story in paperback form!
LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT
Published September 05, 2013 ... is the very first anthology from Moralfortitude.com
As the title suggests, love at first sight was the premise of this collection. I had the pleasure of contributing my story - "It Had to be You" by Drago. Yes, I have an alter ego on Wattpad. I'll share more about that later.
For now, this book contains a collection of writers that have contributed their short stories as well. If you want to see what it's all about then go visit Moralfortitude.com The button below will take you there!
I just got in my copy!
NOTHING CAN KEEP US APART
... is the second anthology from Moralfortitude.com and the topic for this anthology collection was interracial characters.
I had the honor of contributing another story, called "Painted Love". A short story about a found love between a writer and out of town visitor who meets a fan during the writer's book signing. Two different people from two different backgrounds. When friends ask, we all say it may not matter. But what happens in the moments of intimacy when one or the other thinks differently?
